Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the fragrance in its original, cellophane-wrapped packaging to ensure it remains protected and eligible for a full refund during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
